I'm way over on both creativity and action (thanks to Oxford Tradition and Marching Band), but service... I've just no fucking clue where to go or what to do.

Woke up at 6:30 today and went for a ride on my bike. Must get up earlier to do it next weekend and find somewhere nice and quiet to go. Other than that I've just been looking at universities all day, tried to work on UCAS personal statement but didn't get anywhere, played some of the hentai games on newsgrounds etc. Currently listening to Boards of Canada and feeling fairly shite.

fairly decent day today. played a little stalker, did some extended essay, some UCAS stuff. Pretty laid back. my weekend in general has consisted of very little work.

My CAS hours are done. Got almost 2x the amount for Service (thanks to project week), well over for creative and action. I probably have more than 3x if I included things like various student bands, drumming etc for creative.

God knows why I still keep doing all the shit... the people at Riding For the Disabled pulled the guilt trip on me last week saying that I was one of the last leaders left and I'd feel kind of bad just leaving...

Today's forecast: shit.

How is that game ? I've been wanting to get it once I upgrade my comp. I got Bioshock the other week but my comps too shit to play it so *sigh*.

I fucking called it.

Left ALL of my chemistry work at home, including one fucking mammoth lab report, and all the homework I did this weekend. Failed a Spanish test too.

Aside from that, I got a couple of good test results from Chem and History, which I'm pleased with...

I was having this discussion with someone the other day. I don't usually have 'bad' days or 'good' days- there are just different bad and good bits. Usually my worst days will have something good in them somewhere and my best will have something shite.

Stalker is slammin' as a slipknot fan might say.


It's really awesome. Like, you basically start with next to nothing and have to work your way up the ranks of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.s, which is kind of a freelance, mercenary, soldier, explorer thing. ANd there are multiple ways you can play it with different paths to different ends.

A few highlights:

Zombies
Shotguns
Rocket Launchers (well, an RPG)
Guys dying slowly of their wounds, bleeding to death
A laser cannon thing- it's not clear what it is


It's immensely realistic and badass. Even on Easy mode it's pretty fucken tough.

Today was a close contender though. D+ was the official result from that Spanish test (:/), had chronic stomach pains in the morning, and felt more misanthropic than I have done in a long while.

Wow. Sounds like a pretty hard day of joy. Yeah, that could safely be written (urrrrr...) as a shite day.

But what about something good that happened! Surely you got to sleep at some stage during the day.
