As for myself, had a nice night of sleep last night for the first time in quite a while. Sleeping in the cottage out in a place called Farm Town, Coleorton. Being out in the country has got me thinking about concepts of relocalisation of societies and the worst effects of globalisation.

I have awful free period times. No point complaining, my friends in the boarding house let me sleep in their rooms if i have frees and tired as fucks which is quite satisfiying since IB = No sleep...

You're not actually allowed into any of the boarding house bedrooms if you're not a boarder.

Today i received a package from Burial Hordes, a black metal band from Greece with a bunch of awesome stuff. A concert poster, band pictures, the cover of their first album (War, Revenge & Total Annihilation) in limited tape form, the promo CD for their first album, their latest promo CD featuring songs from their upcoming album as well as a hand written letter from Cthonos (vocalist).

I'm Grim , Im sure they'll let me in.

Today was Alright But its tommorow that might be a crappy day. I think I am getting My Fucking GCSE Exam Results tommorow.

I got a reply from Satanic Propaganda Records Sweden regarding my demo which i sent them. They are interested in releasing my first album in the near future which is awesome, considering that this was my first choice in record label. Still totally new to this stuff so i don't know how things will go...

Do this:

- Discuss the pricing for releasing the stuff, be sure if you have to sign contracts that you read them carefully and also Talk to AOTS if it is not a rip off.

Got my GCSE results back today. 7 A*s and one A. I'm a demigod.

Got mine back but nothing like Alex but still very pleasing. 2 A*s, 3 As, 2 Bs and a C.

C for It but who the fuck cares about that subject anyway.

Im happy with them. Other than that Its been a good day. Ive had periods 5,6 and 7,8 as free periods so i just relaxed for the rest of the day. Now just listening to this Enslaved Album I downloaded. Very Nice Stuff I like it very much.

Hehe, well that's definitely my favourite response so far. I'm somewhat pleased as you can imagine, and those results earn me a rather tidy $750 from my father, which i'm going to shove in the bank methinks, put it away for a purpose not yet decided. (I always figure it's quicker to get the money then devise the purpose, much nicer as well, because as soon as you think of something...you can get it!)

What else has been happening....went out for dinner with my girl last night to celebrate our good exam grades, and i have now found a restaurant that is set to my exact optimum temperature. I mean to say, i dont feel at all cold, or at all hot, as if the place is at set my body heat. Clare, on the other hand, was apparently "fucking freezing", so perhaps this discovery is useful only to me and not one to be shared.

Journeyed down the shops today, as unlike all the hordes of women who rampage through stores on the weekend before, i havent got round to buying supplies until a week AFTER school started. I bought pens...when looking through and testing pens i did in fact manage to find one heavily-branded pentype in which none of the pens of that type in the whole shop worked. Corporate billboarding taken to a whole new level it seems, now we're paying companies to let us advertise them via a useless handheld plastic piece of crud. I also bought jumpers. Including a knitwear jumper. Knitwear rocks, and is also fun to say. Knitwear.

Just doing my work and listening to Costello and Velvet Underground now. First week of IB has been pretty good, and i find myself enjoying nearly every single one of my subjects. Bar Maths. But Maths is...you know...Maths. Not my area.

Went to Womad, Twas a enjoyable time with the Reggae and African music and Indian only the gay band with indian rap WHAT THE FUCK WERE THOSE QUEERS DOING THERE... I missed the Rave () even though I was there when it started and left at 1am which is brutal...

Went to peninsula, bought some CDs, then jammed with Draconis Infernum. After that we hung out for a while at a coffee shop near the studio.

Went to a quaint English village/town called Ashby today. I thought it was a bit crap. In fact, it was really crap. A proper Craptown. Lots of shitty tourist shops for boring people, and a few disgruntled youth on skateboards making noises outside the Leisure centre. Going for a Thai meal there on Sunday night... in Ashby that is, not the Leisure centre.

Then I had some scones with double whipped cream and tea for lunch before going to Bosworth battle field which was nice. Good weather today, which made walking out in the country nice. Read about the battle. Didn't realise it was so important. Only 2000 dead, and yet without that battle all us English folk would be German-speaking catholics, and the USA wouldn't exist. Good job Richard III was such a bloody idiot.

Then I went back to my uncles cottage, where we're staying, and had a chat and watched some telly over a few bottles of lager. Now at my grandparents playing Scrabble. Will be my last day in England this holiday, tomorrow.

had a so-so day today.

Had frees 1 and 2 which were no fun because I was spam-studying for the physics test 7 and 8.
3 and 4 were bio prac. not so bad I guess. still kinda boring
5 and 6 was fucking shite because we were watching a video in bio (yeah I have 4 periods of bio in 1 day) and Ed and fucken Rob hanley did not stop talking at me making lame assed jokes which aren't funny at me while i'm trying not to get shouted at for talking in class. It's fucken ridiculous. Those guys have no idea that when a teacher is talking/a video is playing that you shut the fuck up because otherwise the teacher will fucken shout at your ass and give you a bad report. Fuck's fucken sake. They just talk and talk at you while you're all "shut the fuck up, Cathy's gonna shout at your ass" and sure enough they don't shut the fuck up or they do for 20 seconds thens tart talking again. Rinse and repeat.And what is the end result? I miss out on the shit being taught and cathy writes in my report that I talk too much in class.

I could go on for hours on that one but I'll save it for battery if that hasn't satisfied my need to vent anger.

Finally physics 7 and 8. Had the aforementioned massive ass test (on everything we've learned over the course so far) which was a massive slice of fail cake for everyone. I hope I didn't get fucked too badly. Oh well, too late now. glad that fucker's over.

Tonight will probably consist of me playing STALKER (woah, what the fuck how can a game be so awesome) or WoW because I don't feel like going out tonight.
