Today.
Woke up at 8. Mum came in while I was lying in bed thinking and told me that my parents had decided to pay me $10 a week to mow the lawn (which I had been doing anyway... don't know what prompted their decision). So that was good.
Woke up, had some strawberries for breakfast and mowed the lawn. After lunch I drove to Borders and bought John Coltrane's "A Love Supreme", a long with a book by Kurt Vonnegut, "Slaughter-House-Five", and a copy of the Economist. Came home, had a cup of tea, now about to get on with some work on my internal assessment for history.
Its been a good day. Nice rainy weather, too.
